If you wish to change or cancel an order placed online, you must notify us within 24 hours of ordering and the payment will be returned to your credit card.
We only accept returns due to defects or delivery damage. Items will have to be professionally packed to avoid damages during the return trip.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will always try to ensure the safely arrival of your order. If your order is damaged in transit or have a concealed damage, please report it to the carrier and do not accept the merchandise. While we always do our best to ensure safe arrival, items are occasionally damaged in transit or have concealed damage. We will replace damaged items, parts, or pay to have them fixed.
