From the Docks of Yachting’s Capital
The magnificent mega-yachts of the 62nd annual Fort Lauderdale Boat Show pulled into port just two weeks past and BELTEMPO was excited to be at the very heart of the exhibitions and festivities.
Among the world’s largest in-water boat show, our furniture handsomely furnished the outdoor spaces of the mega yachts showcased by Bertram Yachts and Denison Yachting.
Lingering concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic and a smattering of rain were not enough to dampen interest in such glorious boats by the world’s leading makers.
It was wonderful to see so many thousands of yachting enthusiasts experiencing BELTEMPO yachting furniture in person, appreciating the exquisite finishes of sustainably reforested Grade-A teak and marine-grade 316 stainless steel.
Attendees got to appreciate first-hand the expertly finished materials—the high mirror polish of the steel and the velvety soft touch of the teak. Not to mention the elegantly dimensional artful modern designs, an original blend of Italian inspiration with influences of Scandinavian and the Bauhaus approach to design.
BELTEMPO furniture is made entirely by hand in Peru, where the craftspeople have a long tradition of excellence in woodworking and metalsmithing. You see the level of detail in the gorgeously soft finish of every piece.
The show is a favorite annual occasion of BELTEMPO owner and renowned designer Marco Sangiorgi, who was raised attending the regattas of Italy. A lover of sailing with a long history of navigating, he designs the BELTEMPO yachting collection for the specific needs and desires for life aboard a yacht.
Whether you’re furnishing a new modern vessel, or updating a vintage ship, the modern designs of BELTEMPO capture the balance and essence of yachting with unparalleled elegance.
For anyone who did not attend, be sure to join us next year as the 90 acres of outdoor exhibitions is truly not to be missed.
